We have tons of cilantro in our garden but our salsa garden isn't ready yet so I have been researching ideas to use it. I came across a recipe that I adjusted to fit our tastes and came up with the following dip. We love it and have put it in tortilla wraps, on chips, in breakfast burritos, etc. So thought I'd share!
In a blender or food processor, combine a package of cream cheese, about 2 Tbsp of sour cream, 1 cup of salsa, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and seasonings to taste. (I used garlic salt and lemon pepper but be creative!) Blend until cilantro is chopped and enjoy!
